Neysa Taylor is an author, leader, and communications strategist but at the heart of it all she is a story teller. From her start in broadcast journalism to her current role as Senior Manager - Communications for a global brand, Neysa Taylor is able to see the story of an organization and create an actionable communications plan around it.
An accomplished leader, Neysa Taylor believes in investing in her team. When she was Director of Communications for a large government agency, Taylor led a team of seven direct reports and an extended team of 14 additional staff. She understands that true success is a collaborative effort founded on mutual trust. She focused on ensuring that each member of her team received training to help them achieve their professional and personal goals. Neysa understands that a company will be more successful when staff feel valued.
